The new force main is in service and flowing. We are now starting to check the system to confirm the return to normal operations.

As of 10/3/2025

Most of the tie-in work will be completed around 8 pm tonight. We are going to wait until tomorrow morning to activate the new force main so we can have lift station operators available to start checking the affected pump stations to make sure they are operating properly. If confirmed, we will release about ½ have of the pumper trucks and keep the other ½ for another 24 hours just to make sure we have available resources should any problems develop during this time

As of 10/2/2025

Cathcart Construction is working on completing the tie-ins for the new force main to the old force main and this should be completed by tomorrow, 10/3/25 (day 22). We will make sure that all affected wastewater pump stations are working properly before canceling tanker services. Site restoration work will continue into next week.
